What is Shake & Win?

Shake & Win is an exciting game on the Hungry Jack's App that allows you to win mouth-watering prizes every day! We give you two shakes a day - double the choice to select your prize! Hurry, you have 30 seconds to accept the prize you want and 30 minutes to redeem at any participating restaurant. Download the app to Shake & Win!

How long do I have to select my prize?

You have 30 seconds to accept your prize or it will disappear. If you don’t like the first prize you can shake again!

How long do I have to redeem my prize?

Once you have chosen your prize, you have 30 minutes to redeem it via app or at the cashier at a Hungry Jack’s restaurant before it expires.

I accidentally accepted my first prize – Can I get a second shake?

Once you accept a prize you don’t get another shake that day so choose carefully. You can play Shake & Win again tomorrow.

MY ACCOUNT
Can I sign up with my Facebook details?

Sure. Using your Facebook info to sign up and log on will speed up your registration (and don’t worry - we won’t post anything to Facebook).

Can I change my email?

Yes, by going to the profile page and hitting EDIT PROFILE. We’ll send you an email confirming the change.

I forgot my password.

No problem. Hit FORGOT PASSWORD on the login page, and once you’ve entered the email address attached to your account we’ll send you an email to reset your password.

If you have signed up using Facebook please note you will not receive a password reset email.

How do I unsubscribe?

Go to PROFILE,  EMAIL PREFERENCES and tell us what info you do and don’t want to receive from us. But remember, if you unsubscribe completely we won’t be able to tell you about free offers and new menu items!

How do I correct my birth date?

Complete your birth date to receive your free birthday Whopper. But enter your date carefully. You won't be able to change it again.

DELIVERY (HUNGRY JACK'S & MENULOG)
How can I order Hungry Jack's Delivery?

You can order Delivery on the Hungry Jack's app as well as our website and it will be delivered by a Menulog Driver.

My order has not arrived. Who do I contact?

Our restaurants in partnership with Menulog try their best to deliver every order on time, but unexpected situations can occur. 

If you need to get in touch regarding your Hungry Jack's or Menulog delivery order, make sure you have your order number on hand & please send an email to hjapporders@menulog.com and one of the team will get back to your query. Alternatively, please visit https://www.menulog.com.au/help/ 

My order was cancelled. How do I get a refund?

Cancelled orders are automatically refunded and the funds will be back in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Sometimes orders are cancelled before we have captured your funds, which means that your bank will hold the transaction in a pending status before it drops back into your account. In these situations the funds won't show up as a refund, but rather the original charge will disappear entirely off your statement within 2-10 business days.

DELIVERY (UBER)
What can I do to get help with my Hungry Jack’s Uber Eats order?

For App Orders:

  1. Open and login to UberEats app – (you must be logged into the same account that your Hungry Jack’s order was placed from)
  2. Select Orders
  3. Select past orders
  4. Select relevant Hungry Jack’s order
  5. Select get Help option
  6. Select appropriate issue
    • Issue with a delivered or past order
    • I think I was charged for my cancelled order
    • Report more severe behaviour
  7. Select subcategory and follow relevant prompts
  8. Submit form

 

For Web Orders:

  1. Open and login to the UberEats website – (you must be logged into the same account that your Hungry Jack’s order was placed from)
  2. Select the Account Holder Icon at the top right hand side of the page
  3. Select Help from the dropdown box
  4. Select applicable Hungry Jack’s Order
  5. Enter order issue description in the provided text box
  6. Follow and complete applicable prompts
  7. Submit form

What can I do to get help with my Hungry Jack’s DoorDash order?

Log in to your DoorDash account, select a recent order and then use Help to report any queries;

5. Follow prompts and choices 

6. Select Submit

MOBILE PRE-ORDERING
ls there a minimum spend with Pre-ordering?

Yes. The minimum spend for pre-ordering is $1.00

Why would I pre-order?

Enjoy your meal faster by skippping the queue at front counter or a quick re-order of your favourites. Also enjoy exclusive app rewards!

How do I Pre-order?

Sign in, select a Hungry Jacks store, fill your cart, complete the check out and then tell us when you’ve arrived at the counter or drive thru.

Can I reorder my last order?

Easy. Go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS in App and select PAST ORDERS. Or select RE-ORDER MEALS on the home page.

Is it more expensive to pre-order or place my order in store?

No. Pre-ordering prices are exactly the same as counter prices.

When do you charge me for my order?

The app places a pending / pre-authorisation charge on your transaction upon checkout. This puts a hold on your card based on the total amount of the order. 

We only process / capture your payment when you tell us you have arrived at the store (Selecting Pick Up at Counter or Pick Up at Drive Thru)

I got charged, but the store did not receive my order?

Unfortunately, issues can occur when submitting your order to the store. If it fails for any reason, your payment would automatically be cancelled within 24 hours and you should see the "pending" transaction disappear from your account. 

If the charge does not disappear within 2 business days, please contact our Customer Care Hotline on 1300 852 326 for further assistance.

When do I let you know I am here to collect my food?

When you are on your way and close to the store, let us know.

If you are heading to drive thru, let us know your order number at the Speaker box

This will enable us to ensure you get fresh Hungry Jacks.

I just arrived but can’t tell you.

Ok, just speak to one of the crew – they’ll make sure you get your order as fast as possible.

Why can’t I pre-order at my local Hungry Jack’s?

Sorry! We’re in the process of installing lots of new technology in our restaurants. If your local Hungry Jack’s isn’t taking pre-orders yet we promise it soon will be!

Can I change my pre-order once it’s made?

Sorry, no. But if you missed something off your order you can pre-order it again and pick up both order together. Or you can ask one of our staff to add to the order when you pick it up.

Can I send my order in now and pick it up later?

Of course. We won’t start cooking your meal until you tell us you’re close to the restaurant.

What are ‘location services’ and why do I need to turn them on?

This is just the software which tells us where you are - so that we can tell you where your nearest Hungry Jack’s is, and assist with pre-ordering and Shake & Win!

Does the App give kilojoule information?

Yes. All our standard food items have a KJ rating.  But we can’t provide a rating for your customisation of those food items.

Are there minimum device and operating requirements to use the Hungry Jack’s App?

Yes, for best performance the HJ’s App can be downloaded on Apple devices operating iOS 12.5.7 or above (iPhone 8 and above) and Android devices operating Android 8.1 or above. The minimum system requirements for the App are iOS 12.5.7 (for Apple devices) and Android 8.1 or above (for Android devices). For some older phones, whilst the software version is above iOS 12.5.7 or Android 8.1, the device hardware may not support all functions.

VOUCHERS & REWARDS
I have more than one voucher on my account. Can I redeem more than one at a time?

Sorry, no. One voucher per transaction.

What if my barcode won’t scan in the restaurant?

Don’t worry – one of our friendly crew will manually enter the bar code at the counter.

I want to redeem my Chips voucher as part of a value meal.

You can redeem your voucher in the same transaction as your Value Meal but you won’t be able to redeem it as a discounted part of your Value Meal or bundle.  

How do I receive a Birthday Whopper?

To receive your Birthday Whopper gift, go to your account and complete your profile including your birth date. A Birthday Whopper voucher will be issued on your birthday however, you are unable to claim a Birthday Whopper the same day you enter your birth date.

Why won’t my promo code work?

Have you applied your promo code? Make sure the minimum spend has been reached. Promo codes cannot be used with other discounted items such as Jack’s App Deals, Digital Vouchers, Shake & Win, Jack’s Cafe Loyalty free coffee.

How do I participate in the Jack's Cafe loyalty program?

To participate in the Jack's Cafe Loyalty Rewards Program, log in or register at order.hungryjacks.com.au or via the HJ's app to activate your Jack's Cafe loyalty card. Purchase full price barista coffees, hot drinks or iced beverages from eligible Jack's Cafe restaurants to earn stamps on your digital loyalty card. After purchasing 4 eligible Jack's Cafe barista coffees, your 5th lowest-priced Jack's Cafe Beverage is free. Redeemable via pick-up only, at Jack's Cafe restaurants only. How do I earn loyalty stamps?

Purchase full price barista coffees, hot drinks or iced beverages from eligible Jack's Cafe restaurants to earn stamps on your digital loyalty card. To earn stamps, you must either present your Jack’s Cafe loyalty card in the Participating Restaurant for physical scanning of the barcode by our staff or transact via the Hungry Jack’s App. See full T&Cs for more details.

How do I redeem my free coffee?

Your free Jack’s Cafe Beverage can only be redeemed via pick-up at the Participating Restaurant and cannot be delivered. You must either present your Jack’s Cafe loyalty card in the Participating Restaurant for physical scanning of the barcode by our staff or transact via the Hungry Jack’s App. If transacting via the app, a minimum spend of $1 will apply to free Jack’s Cafe Beverage redemptions. How long will my free coffee last?

Free coffees last for 12 months from date of issue. See full T&Cs for more details.

Can I earn and/or redeem multiple free coffees at once?

Multiple Free Coffees can be earnt if they are earnt through one transaction. Multiple Free Coffees can be redeemed in the same transaction if available. Stamps will not accumulate once you have already qualified for a free coffee. Stamps will begin to re-accumulate once you have successfully redeemed your existing free coffee. Can I trade my free coffee for something else?

Free coffees can be exchanged for tea and specialty iced drink, they are not redeemable for cash or any other rewards. See full T&C's for more details. 

Can I use other vouchers while still earning stamps?

Yes, loyalty stamps are earned with any full price coffee purchase, even if another discounted item is applied to cart. See full T&Cs for more details.

Are my Credit Card Details secure?

Very. When you order with the app we ensure state of the art security software keeps all your data completely secure. The security of data is our highest priority.

Why do you charge my Credit Card $0 when I add it to my account?

No charge is made at this point. We do this just to let us check the card’s validity and expiry date. 

I think my card has been charged incorrectly?

If you have experienced a problem with payment please contact our Customer Care Hotline on 1300 852 326 for further assistance.

We’ll need the email address linked to your account, the order number, the date and time it was placed and the amount spent on the order.

How do I get a receipt for my order?

It will be emailed to you automatically when you’ve completed the order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

GENERAL QUESTIONS
What time is breakfast menu served?

Most stores serve breakfast from 5 am -11 am, some from 6 am -11 am. You can check out specific opening times on our website or app. Main menu items are available all day.

Are you open on public holidays?

We’re open most public holidays across most stores, including Easter, Anzac day and Christmas Day. But you can check specific opening times of your local store on our website and via the app.

How do I apply for a job at Hungry Jack's?

All our job applications are online. Visit our 'Work with Us'  web page for further details.

Where can I find the nutritional information about your food?

Click on MENU then select the RANGE and the PRODUCT. Then for more details around allergens and ingredients, click on the ALLERGEN & NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION link. Or if you don’t have access to the internet, you can ask in store.

Does Hungry Jack’s offer Halal product?

Selected Hungry Jack’s in NSW and Victoria serve a limited Halal certified menu. These stores include Bankstown, Wiley Park, Granville, Bass Hill, Auburn, Craigieburn, Guildford, Greenacre, Hallam, Roxburgh Park, Casula, Deer Park, Dandenong, Fawkner, Jacana, Thomastown, Altona North and Truganina. All Halal certified products are listed on the individual restaurant’s Halal certificate which is displayed in-store.

Will Hungry Jack’s sponsor my local club?

We receive many great ideas from our Customers on how we can get involved in our community.  Although we simply can’t be involved in each and everyone we do make sure that we give back where we can. Like our proud partnership with Make-a-Wish which allows us to help make vital wishes come true for really sick Aussie kids.
